The purchase of any Jerry Mathieu Custom Skiff Designs entitles the original buyer to construct one boat from the plans he/she has selected. Transfer or copying is an infringement of the copyright. If the original buyer desires to build more than one boat from the selected plans he/she can receive permission by submitting a request to the designer, with payment in the amount of the current price of plans, fro each boat built.
